The apartment was lovely as we enjoyed the privacy and quiet countryside location. Daniela's tips for restaurants, shops and sightseeing were excellent from someone who grew up in the area. We took advantage of the pool and courtyard for swimming, relaxing, breakfast and listening to the birds. The loft was comfortable for sleeping, with a nice sitting area. Lots of room in the apartment. I learned to make Italian pasta with creamy pesto! Daniela is a great instructor, providing useful details in Italian cooking. She then provided a delicious lunch made from local vegetables, cheeses, and wine. We highly recommend Baglio Cappello for a Sicilian getaway with all the amenities.

We loved staying at Baglio Cappello, the apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, Daniela has thought of everything you might need! We loved relaxing in the courtyard and enjoying pool, and visits from Fortu, the friendly resident kitty. The farm house is located within farm land and olive groves, quite removed from the main road, which adds to the feeling of serenity. It is a great location to explore western Sicily, and a wonderful place to laze and relax.

This AirBnB is done with so much love and care and Daniela is such a warm-hearted host. We had an amazing time in this super cute AirBnB and did not miss anything. We will definitely come again 😍

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit bei Daniela & können diese Unterkunft nur jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Daniela ist nicht nur als Gastgeberin sehr herzlich, sondern hat auch eine wundervolle & einzigartigen Ort erschaffen in dem man sich rundum nur wohlfühlen kann. Die Unterkunft & auch das ganze Anwesen ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are visiting the west coast of Sicily, you simply MUST stay here. Daniela is a fantastic host, who was extremely welcoming and friendly, and couldn’t have been more helpful / responsive. The accommodation is beautiful, situated within an old Sicilian country house, and is equipped with everything you could ever need (including hand baked cakes for our arrival, their own olive oil that they grow on-site, towels and toiletries, and even snorkel masks!). We also did a cooking class with Daniela on-site in her family kitchen, where we learned to make Sicilian pasta from scratch whilst sipping on delicious wine - something I also can’t recommend enough. The outdoor area with the private pool really is the cherry on the cake here too, this is a great place to relax and sunbathe. 10/10 - this place is perfection!
