My first travel experience in Malaysia. And I really feel happy to have met the Pangkor guest house for the few days I had to spend. Kun is extremely kind et helpful to welcome his guests. His home give the good feeling to be like at your own home. Everything is done to make a perfect stay, from the cleaned rooms and the common kitchen, the small terrace on the street and the peaceful and friendly neighborhood. A perfect location on this beautiful amazing island !

The shoplot guesthse in Sg Pinang Kechik fisherman village is a great location for an authentic experience with the locals, foods and amenities within walking distance. it gave me a nostalgic feeling of my childhood visiting grandma hse. :-). the famous hindu temple and the floating mosque is all within walking distance as well which was the purpose of my visit. this area is far from town area but u can go there via bike or cycling. Host is very accomodative & helpful to accommodate me a rental scooter at an affordable price. host is a very genuine person and goes extra miles to help me at times. I will definitely look forward to stay there again next year. room is just nice and simple for me to rest and refresh. no complaints about it.
