My stay at Silvia's house exceeded all my expectations. I was welcomed like a member of the family and Silvia spared no effort in helping me with everything I needed, including personally picking me up at the bus station at 1 am in the car. The structure of the house is perfect and the room is super comfortable and spacious. Silva speaks perfect English, which helps communication a lot. Silvia is a wonderful chef, we had several moments surrounded by good food and lots of laughter. She knows a lot about Italian culture and I learned a lot from her. If you want to live a real experience in Avellino with an Italian family, don't think twice before booking, you will certainly be treated like part of the family. Thank you Silvia!!!

Silvia is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the room is very cosy with a small balcony. The room is also relatively cool in the summer. The only problem is their dog that often barks loud outside the room in the evenings. The bed is firm and comfortable. You get a private bathroom just outside in the hall. The kitchen is large and well stocked, but there is no microwave. The tap water is drinkable. Internet was good, but occasionally it drops out for an hour. Supermarket is just 700 meters away. It is a really nice place with the only drawback being the big barking dog.
