The stay in Francesco’s apartment was absolutely fantastic; the experience surpassed five stars. Francesco and Marta graciously came to pick us up from the train station, even though we arrived quite late due to the train delay. They are exceptional hosts, making us feel like they were not just hosting guests, but welcoming friends. The apartment is lovely and clean, with two well-decorated bedrooms capable of accommodating at least four people. This was truly the best Airbnb experience I've had, and I recommend Francesco’s apartment to everyone.

Francesco was there meeting us for check-in and he’s very helpful, responsive whenever we have some questions and also checking us if we need anything. We had a wonderful time at his place. We stayed for 4 nights with my friends. It is quiet and we all slept well after a tiring day exploring the city. Wide bedrooms with enough cabinets to store the clothes and beds are very comfortable. It feels like home away from home. You have enough space and if you feel like you wanna have your alone time, you can just chill in the living room and others can stay in the bedroom. The kitchen is excellent with enough utensils to use. (Just small things that Francesco can add- wine glasses, wine opener is not really working so well 🙈, should have more kitchen towel to dry the dishes and it will be perfect.☺️) The bathroom is very clean. The place is very accessible for trams and buses. I would recommend this place. ☺️

Gorgeous apartment located near Venice. Perfect for a weekend getaway! Francesco went above and beyond as a host.

My stay with Francesco at Casa Primavera was amazing! He was super responsive and helpful as a host (even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs!). He gave great recommendations for things to do in Venice and around the area. The Airbnb was very clean and had all the amenities one could need including coffee and snacks and Netflix logged in! Overall, amazing stay with great hosts. Tram to Venice is also only a 2 minute walk

We had a really great stay here. Francesco was lovely and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Apartment was clean and spacious. Great value for money.
