1 bedroom for 1 guest with an XL twin bed. The room is part of a 4-bedroom townhouse in a cul-de-sac next to a creek and bike path. It is a tranquil neighborhood with no public traffic. My home is a townhouse on a dead-end street (a.k.a. cul-de-sac). There is a creek across from the street and a bike path connecting a few parks nearby, a disc golf course, and about 8 minutes of biking through the creek and park paths to the Empower Field at Mile High (a.k.a. Mile High Stadium) home for the Denver Broncos. Nearby movie theater and a beautiful lake park (i.e. Sloans Lake). Downtown is 13 minutes by light rail. Then from Union Station, you can take a train to the airport.

Bathroom was super clean and the towels and linens were very clean! Plenty of room in the fridge for your goodies.
The first thing that strikes you when you enter, is that the house is CLEAN. Everything is immaculate and the house smells wonderful. The room is simple but the bed is comfortable and the house has everything you could need. The location is convenient, and even though the neighborhood felt safe, I especially liked that I was able to park right outside my window so my car was always in sight. Overall, clean, quiet and wonderful stay.

The house is on a dead-end street (i.e. cul-de-sac); so there is no public traffic. There are two townhomes with two units each with a low population and the neighbors are calm and quiet.
Bus line #9 is two doors away from a back ally. Light rail W line, Perry Station is one block away about a 5-minute walk. It takes 6 stops to downtown Union Station in about 13 minutes. Which then can take train A to the airport or vice versa for just $10.
