The property is surrounded by trees and has a lot of privacy from the other houses. We are just a few blocks north of Downtown. With plenty of privacy and a cozy layout, this is the perfect place for your Seattle stay. There are 3 buses the D which stop one block away and take you to Downtown or the trendy Ballard neighborhood in as little as 10 minutes. This is a private room with all the essentials in an apartment with other travelers sharing the common areas. Kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned and restocked daily with all the essentials for your comfort. We have an outdoor deck with a table and chairs for your enjoyment. It is easily accessible through the kitchen and provides sensational views of the sunset. There is no nearby street parking at this property and only two private parking spots that are available for rent on a first come first served basis for an extra $15 fee per night. Please check in before booking if you need parking because we can't guarantee it.
