We've also provided all the essentials, so you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a day of exploring our vibrant city. If you like the can-do spirit behind doing it yourself, you're gonna love this place. It's a studio, and it's small - but as they say, good things/small packages. It's located just east of the campus of world-renown McGill University and minutes away from the Old Port. Exploring Montreal from here is an absolute dream. And being at the foot of the mountain sure doesn't hurt either! This place is modernly renovated and elegant yet minimalist. Some of the furniture is brand new, some of it is hand made - but all of it is incredible and it all works together to deliver an experience that simply can't be topped. But an apartment is more than its furnishings. It's the functionality of the space, huge windows allowing plenty of natural light, and attention to detail that brings the whole place together. We think that you're going to love the brand new kitchen and bathroom. Neither one is big, but both are just overflowing with awesomeness. Long story short - you're going to feel incredible when you're here.

Erol & Jay’s place in the heart of the McGill Ghetto was the perfect location for me for my stay in Montreal. It is very close to McGill and enabled me to help my daughter move from residence to her own apartment. The place was spotless inside and had all the amenities that were listed. The apartment was tastefully decorated with fun decor. There were many choices for dining within walking distance. The added (and if you know Montreal) parking was a definite bonus! The vehicle was safe. Thank you Erol & Jay. I will be back!
Great great great location! Was super walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. hosts left a gift certificate for a few free drinks at Bootlegger which was excellent! Couldnt recommend it more. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Erol & Jay’s place! The apartment was clean and had many amenities. Good location and close to the metro and many restaurants. There was an issue with parking when we arrived, and they were quick to respond and give us a solution. Would recommend this stay for anyone looking to spend some time in Montreal!
The place is as described and much nicer than the building looks. It is a perfect location for McGill and close to a bunch of Resturant’s. The street is pretty quiet all things considered for a city building. One issue with the building is that there are clearly smokers in the building and if you have a sensitive nose it comes and goes. The unit itself is clean and nice. I would love extra sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. We didn’t ask and lived without them. Easy peazy.

Being in such a central location is magnificent. You're at the foot of the mountain, but you're only a couple minutes from Sainte Catherine street. Mile End and our famous bagels are due north and world famous St Laurent is a few minutes east. No matter your fancy, it'll be well tickled from this space.
Metro place des arts is a couple minutes walk away. The 80 to Mile End is steps away and the 24 - which runs east/west on Sherbrooke is closer still. Basically you're well taken care of.

Erol & Jaysen are both recent McGill & Concordia graduates who share a passion for both design and customer service. In late 2014, Erol and his friend Tyler decided to use these passions in order to provide the best Airbnb experience around. Jaysen joined the team in 2016 and Tyler has since moved back out to western Canada :] Erol moved to Montreal as a young child and has made it his mission to know Montreal inside and out. Anything you could possibly want to see, Erol knows how to find it or at the very least, knows someone who knows how to find it. Erol has a bachelors degree in economics and has dabbled with actuarial sciences. Jaysen is a native Montrealer. He's currently taking a pause from his masters in philosophy at Concordia, and has a strong knowledge of computer science. He loves biking, reading and expanding his ever growing culinary palette.
