Nestled by 13th Beach, on the Surf Coast & next door to Barwon Heads Golf Club, this coastal gem seamlessly blends coastal charm with convenience. With early 80s architecture, it offers a timeless yet contemporary retreat for up to six guests & is pet-friendly. Boasting three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate kitchen and living spaces, plus indoor or outdoor dining. This coastal retreat invites immersion in the quintessential coastal lifestyle, with endless leisure & pleasure opportunities. This charming split level property features three separate bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the third bedroom provides two king singles, with the option to convert into a king bed for added versatility. Our main bathroom features a separate bath and shower, as well as toilet. Meanwhile, the master bedroom offers the convenience of an ensuite with shower and toilet. Enjoy the comfort bathroom towels and complimentary Denu amenities during your stay. All beds are adorned with luxurious French linen and cozy woolen blankets for added comfort. Each bedroom is equipped with individual heaters and air conditioning units to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The property offers a separate, light-filled living room, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a laundry room providing ample space and comfort for all guests to unwind and relax. A dedicated workspace is also available, complete with WiFi and there is Foxtel and board games for your entertainment needs. Stay cozy during cooler months with heaters in the living room and kitchen, while a split-cycle air conditioner in the kitchen/dining area ensures comfort year-round. Please note that there are stairs in the house, and the hallway balustrade is not child-proof, requiring infants and children to take extra care while navigating the space. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities ensuring a memorable and relaxing stay for all guests.

Bec was very accommodating and the place was homely, clean and decorated beautifully. It was spacious and very close to the beach and places to eat. We loved our stay and would come again.
Bec and Angus’ home was a perfect base for us in Barwon Heads. It is so close to the beautiful cafes, shops and walks, but away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Every little detail has been thought of, and we slept ever so soundly in the beautiful linen bedding. When we did need to contact Bec, she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Thank you Bec and Angus for a lovely stay, the extras such as eggs, milk, condiments and coffee were above and beyond, fantastic coffee by the way! The house was also really well stocked with household items, extra linen and accessories. The furnishings are exceptionally tasteful and high quality, the French linen on the beds was particularly lovely and the Denu wash products made us all feel quite spoilt. Beds are very comfortable too. Naturally being located beside the golf course, as noted in the description, creates some extra activity late into the evening and we heard the grounds man at 5am but there was no unnecessary noise and we could also hear the ocean so this was a fair trade off. The house is very private with high fences and big trees. We would definitely stay again.
Fantastic beach house in great location, easy walk to 13th beach. Lovely decor and homely feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
