Whether you're here for business or leisure, our well-appointed space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, professionally decorated, and pet friendly 750 square foot suite on the 2nd level of the chic Sand Dune Building. There is no direct view of the ocean from inside the condo. Also available for monthly rent This suite sleeps four guests and has two bedrooms, each with queen mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closets in each bedroom. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 50” Smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi. There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay. All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Four beach towels are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided. This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require: -Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture -When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.
