Nous avons séjourné 3 couples d'amis en avril. Tout le monde a ses appartements et la disposition des chambres est très intimes avec walk-in et salle de bain. C'était le paradis avec la plus belle plage des environs. Tous les équipements mis à notre disposition nous ont permi de faire du kayak et du snorkling. Il y a des souliers d'eau de toutes les grandeurs, des masques et des tubas pour tous. Il y a même un panier de serviettes de plages et de crème solaire! Les fonds marins offrent une variété d'oursin, d'étoile de mer, de tortue, de crabe, de concombre de mer et plus encore! La location d'une voiture (avec un gps!) est utile pour visiter Nassau, magasiner, aller au restaurent le tout à 15-20 minutes de la villa. Le manuel de la maison est détaillé avec toutes les informations pour des activités sur l'ile. La cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, poêle au gaz, laveuse-sécheuse. La maison est magnifique et offre une vue 180 degré sur l'océan avec le bruit des vagues! Merci Paola

Paola is an incredible host who communicates very efficiently with her renters. Her host book that is provided ahead of time is very detailed with everything you need to know about the house, the area and things to do. Her home is beautiful, clean and very comfortable to stay in as a group. It is a must to rent a car if you plan on doing anything on the island. The gated community is a very safe place to stay although we never felt unsafe wandering around in the Bahamas.

Wonderful stay after the hustle and bustle of the Atlantis. Private, peaceful, quiet, and comfortable! Would could loved more cookware and baking dishes yet the basics were available. Loved the bedrooms with plenty of storage/closet space yet beds slightly uncomfortable. nice touches with beach gear as well as fishing rods! Kayaking was awesome with four of them. Paola responded very quickly and so easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again!!

Sunrise by the Sea is astonishing and a dream come true… we didn’t want to leave. This home is a gem and such a phenomenal value. Paola makes everything seamless and we hope to return next year.

Nothing but exceptional! I brought my entire family for my Mother’s Birthday (who has very high standards) and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. You feel completely safe with the gated community and empty two adjacent lots. There is more privacy than the pictures appear. The house is fully stocked with a kitchen you can cook large family meals in, kayaks, blow up rafts, water shoes, and plenty of snorkel gear. Enough beach towels to not have to do a load of laundry the entire stay! I could go on and on, but if you’ve read this far you should just book your stay. Paola was incredibly responsive and provided a custom arrival and departure itinerary! Incredible hosts! Provided us with local massage recommendations the day of arrival and had massages for the family at the house to kick off the trip!
