This experience has highlighted for us that a property management company simply does not compare to a property owner when it comes to attentiveness and hospitality. Contrary to every other Air BnB experience we’ve had, Evolve had us feeling like a number with their cold, automated/canned responses to our inquiries. We had to wait for entry information despite messaging them several times, several hours before our arrival to check in. The property however was clean, lovely, and in a wonderful neighborhood.
This is a charming home with very comfortable furnishings. Slept 3 adults no problem with privacy. No closet space available in master. This meant repacking nightly. But this is still a snug little gem of a home. Perfect for our stay.
