The place is nice and close to the city centre and is worth the price tag and more! The place was central and could walk anywhere I wanted to go. I found it great as a solo traveller.

The space was small yet workable. There was a comfortable single bed, a good size desk, a small fridge, and a kettle with a cup, bowl, and spoon. There were some black and herbal teas. I used the bathroom sink to rinse out the bowl and cup every day. The bathroom was bigger than the room and was sparkling clean. This location was on a quieter street parallel to a main street that takes you more or less straight to Temple Bar area, even closer to Stephens Green, and Grafton Street. I explored everyday, typically coming back to eat lunch and going out again after. Also a 2 minute walk towards said main street is a pub (Crafty Fox) with 5 euro pints of Guinness. For the most part it was quiet. But when there is someone moving around it can be echoey. But during my time other than heavy footsteps there was mostly utter silence.

I had a very nice stay there, everything went well and there were no problems at all regarding check-in, check-out or anything else that's noteworthy. Can recommend!

Definitely worth the expense, the flat is in a very quiet street and just 10-15 mins walking to temple bar. Anyway the neighbourhood has plenty of nice pubs and restaurants if you prefer to stay nearby. Brian is kind and ready to help you and the room and flat have all you need for some days of staying if you’re travelling on your own.
