I stayed in Yousif‘s apartment for one night but you can be sure I’ll be staying at his place every time I have a trip to New York! Yousif is a very accommodating host! The room I was staying in was very spacious with extra space for my luggage, belongings and any extras that I needed! The kitchen is very neat and has everything you need! (Pots, pans, cookware, glasses, cups, microwave, oven etc..) the place is very quite and private! There are many places to also see in the area and you’re very close to public transportation. Would highly recommend to anyone who is planning a nice trip to New York City!

Do NOT rent here!!!! The listing details is falsely advertised, the listing states you will stay with the owner of the apartment (meaning 1 other person). This is inaccurate there are 4 people living in this crammed apartment, the host does not include this on the listing nor does he notify you until after you pay that you will share this stay with 4 other people at which point you cannot refund your stay. Roommates will report your stay to the housing manager due to their own issues with having a guest in their apt. You will be asked to cancel / leave your reservation midway through your stay without prior notice, nor any option of elsewhere to go, and will have to deal with support staff to help you get a refund. This happened at 6AM! Hostile environment in terms of friendliness amongst members of the household and guest. Listing details are falsely advertised. Horrible experience. Take your money elsewhere.
