Typical Bali case when the host makes money from the building that is under construction. Of course without any notice in the description. There are only 2 rooms ready on the first floor (it's Oculus hotel) and your view will be on the construction garbage and construction workers (because it's the first floor, workers literally can see everything in your room). The bathtub is located on the balcony, so I think nobody wants to take a bath literally in front of other people. And of course, we got a drill sound starting from 8 AM. For the 135$/night it's very disrespectful to provide such accommodation. I'll never understand who would want to have a vacation in a building that is under construction and why hosts are doing that. The room itself is clean and the same as in the photos. It will be a good place when it's completely ready. The only cons inside the room are that the shower is designed wrong and water goes out from the drain to the whole floor. Overall, wait until it's finished

We had to find the humour in it, but the building we were in was literally still being built. Actively being built. Constant noise, knocking and sawing, and nailing things down. The ‘view’ was part mountain, part construction site. Builders loved looking in and smiling, which felt friendly, but entirely unwanted. The place itself was lovely, although we were surprised at the rather exhibitionist shower.
