Walter's place was exactly as advertised. Great views of water from the roof. Very clean. Walter was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Would rent again!

Location was fantastic, wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Place was clean and lots of space to spread out and relax. The rooftop patio is a nice bonus. Would recommend having a rental vehicle to explore the area.

Walters place was fantastic for spending a couple nights outside of the city. Being in close proximity to fajardo, we were able to go into town quickly for some good food. The place is very clean and in a nice neighborhood with great views.

Very nice stay, close to everything we wanted to see. Loved the Hot tub and views. Very quiet and private!

So awesome to be located right on seven seas beach. Calm water with good snorkeling. Amazing view from the roof deck. Cool breeze throughout the day and night. And Walter is the most responsive air bnb host I've ever encountered. I almost felt guilty messaging him because he'd routinely get back to me within a few minutes. Great neighborhood as well. Plenty of locals on the beach who were really friendly. Also a long walk/short drive from La Estacion, one of the best restaurants in the Caribbean!
