This guest suite is just steps away from your free driveway parking space. Our place is conveniently located 7 miles / 10 min. drive to IAH airport. Easy access to all major freeways and popular Houston tourist destinations. There is a laptop-ready desk and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. This room is independent from other unit. No kitchen access but includes mini-fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Separate suite has no access to the rest of the house. Only shared space is the front porch. Private access to your relaxing suite has all the essential you need to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Our property was built in 1950 and the rest of the property is currently being renovated. Houston is a no zoning city therefore you fill find that our property is located within a mix of residential, commercial and industrial area. There are schools nearby, churches, convenient stores, fast food, commercial businesses and more. Our house sits on blocks and has a crawlspace. There is plenty of parking space however, it is grass / gravel driveway.
