Sam was incredibly accommodating and messaged me back nearly instantly. I was looking for something Very last minute and he was able to go above and beyond to meet my accommodations. His property is gorgeous and sits right on top of the lake with the flat backyard, which is so rare in the Poconos. Also, I feel like sending a follow-up message to him because that might’ve been the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Would definitely stay here again.

Sam was a great host. The place is beautiful, such a great location right on the lake with beautiful views and a big backyard. There are kayaks, other boats and we caught a bunch of fish. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.
