Me and my family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and the accommodation was top-notch. The space was stylish, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with a very easy access to restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely book again in the future. 5 stars!

Federika was an amazing host! She was responsive, helpful and kind. She went way out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The house is lovely, and perfect for kids. The kitchen can be used to make a real meal, there are lots of toys, and the layout is open which facilities family gatherings/hang-outs. The home is a short drive to a grocery store, good restaurants and nice parks. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in the house. The location was good and communication was excellent. While the house is a bit dated, it has everything one would need and is great for kids. We had a wonderful trip!

My stay at Federica’s Southampton house was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings . The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool, where we spent endless hours relaxing and enjoying the sun. The house itself was a haven of cleanliness and style, with beautifully furnished rooms that made us feel right at home. Federica’s attention to detail was truly remarkable. The house was fully stocked with every amenity one could possibly need, from extra towels to a well-equipped kitchen with all the pots and pans we could imagine. We even hosted family members, who were equally impressed by the comfort and convenience provided. It’s clear that Federica goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an exceptional experience. The location by the water added an extra layer of tranquility to our stay. I can’t recommend this house and host enough, we were very lucky and we will definitely be staying here again.
