The view from this property is extraordinarily special and one of the best for any AirBNB or hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The location is also amazing, you’ll want a car because you are five minutes from Cold Spring and Beacon, two awesome towns, and within 30 minutes many more towns and under an hour a lot of cool things to see and do. The kitchen is great, the living areas and bedrooms well appointed. The hot tub is huge and brand new. There is one spacious bathroom on the main floor and a small half bath as well. Plenty of spots to read and work too. This was a five star stay but two things to know. First is that you’re close to the train and while you won’t see the train you’ll be hearing the horns just about every hour. I got used to it pretty quickly and it didn’t disrupt my sleep, and this is unavoidable for most any Hudson river location. Second there isn’t any true space for communal movie / TV watching, not a big deal though with the view and many things to do nearby.

Great location, easy to get to, close to the town of Beacon & DIA. Well maintained, comfortable and very private with wonderful views Allan is a wonderful host and a treat to deal with We recommend it without hesitation and look forward to returning there soon
