Great quiet all year around summerhouse, with all the conveniences of home, perfect for a family vacation or group getaway. The house is located in a beautiful closed garden. The beach is 1 kilometer away. Long walks on the beach are possible, and areas with woods are nearby. The historic old fisher town of Gilleleje is 5 km. away, and 50 km.away from Copenhagen. There are many cultural things to do in the surroundings. The house is very spacious and modern, with a high celing and a open layout. There is also room for privacy in the several bedrooms and the upstairs loft. The garden has many hangout spots, in both shadow and sun options.

The house is located in a summerhouse neighborhood. There are neighbors around usually. It is a quiet street, and the neighbors are sound sensitive( which means no outdoor music, parties, barking dogs etc) so be aware of this aspect.
Good food stores are close by within walking distance ( 1,5 km).
And there are several towns around, that can be visited for more shopping, food and entertainment possibilities.
You ca easily arrived by car. However public transportation is also available
