A beautiful country house with traditional wooden design with a large yard and garden. Ideal for families and friends. Located in a beautiful part of Corinthia. Ιt will enchant you with a wonderful view of the mountains and green landscape around the house. Opportunities for bike lovers, at a short distance is a Steep Forest Mountain Bike Park. Nice path for cycling with skills as well as for walking with points that have a unique view of the bay. BBQ facilities in the yard with a dining area. Ideal for the evening meals with friend or family. Within walking distance is a tavern, where you can try a local food. Beach Loutrakiou is about 10min with a car. Roubini Home is 100 m2, able to host up to 5 people. The house has the following: A living room with a three sofas, seating area infront of the fireplace and a dining table. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a fold up bed. Two bathrooms with shower each. Air-condition in one bedroom. Radiators. Solar water heater. TV. A big yard with a pergola and a slide. A terrace with an outdoor furniture. A BBQ facilities.

Check in instructions: You will take the apartment keys from a black/grey lockbox that is located on............................ It's the first box. Open the black lid, use the code you will see above and pull the small door to your side to open the box and collect the keys. Take the keys, close the small door again and shuffle the numbers. Τhe apartment is located on the ............ floor. As you exit the elevator, turn .................. and it's ...................... door on your left. On the door you will see a sticker with the inscription Mint.
HOT WATER & HEATING:
For hot water, turn on the switch inside the electrical panel that says "HOT WATER" and wait 20-30 minutes.
You can use the A/C to heat/cool the house.
There is a smoke detector.
Check out instructions: Check out is possible until 11:00am. You can leave the keys on a table inside the apartment and close the door behind you. Make sure first the door downstairs is unlocked!
Please make sure to lock the door of the apartment whenever you exit and enter the apartment and that all the devices, lights and switches (hot water etc) are off. Make sure that all the balcony doors and shutters are closed. It's a safe neighborhood but just in case.
HOUSE RULES
Do not throw paper in the toilet, but in the small bin next to it.
Please do not forget to turn off the switch at the panel after 20-30 minutes! Hot water is then available in the shower and kitchen.
