Brian’s place is outstanding: the location is perfect and convenient to Rockefeller Center, 5th Ave, Broadway ,and even Central Park!! It was a pleasure to work with him and is so quick and responsive! I recommend this property unhesitatingly. The washer dryer units worked great. I’ll return for sure

We enjoyed a week-long stay at Brian’s place. The house was awesome for our family of 5. The house is in a great location in mid-town, pretty close to subway, with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Brian’s place was great! Very convenient for where we needed to go in NY! Overall, would stay there again. The loft top room gets hot due to the skylight, but other than that, the place was perfect!

Communication is top-notch very very helpful. Easy to get in contact with. The place is very clean and there are zero complaints. Also was very helpful with check out procedure. Would definitely stay again.

Had an AMAZING week in New York staying here. Very cool and stylish apartment. Apartment big and spacious, bright and spotless clean. Beds really comfortable. Had everything you would need. The tv area is perfect for relaxing nights in. WiFi was super. Thank you Brian so much for being such a wonderful helpful host. Location was really great. Subway easy and by foot we found it was easy to get around too. Shops and restaurants conveniently around. Great coffee a couple minutes walk too.
