Nik was great! He was easy to communicate with and has a nice place. We needed a place with flexible check in and check out. Nik's place was perfect for that. I personally do not like to ask the host for too many things. I tend to make do with what's available. I recommend reaching out to Nik and talking to him about any questions or needs to make your stay more comfortable. Pros: - Nik was a great, responsive host. - Flexible Check In & Check Out - Nice Location - Free Parking - Nice Condo - Dedicated Guest Room & Bathroom - Height Adjustable Desk & Mini-Cooler in Room Cons: - Noisy Environment: You can hear the garage doors opening & closing. The host's and neighbors. Not necessarily the best for remote work if you have to have virtual meetings. - Guest room has a ceiling fan, but it can get stifling hot with the door closed. It's cooler with the door open, but that cancels out any privacy.

Nik place is definitely a place ill visit again when im in the area everything was wonderful
