Please note: We provide cleaning during the stay only after the 7th day spent in our apartment and upon request. If your reservation is longer than 7 days, please request the cleaning service, and we will be more than happy to schedule it :) Kindly be aware: *The apartment can only be used for residential purposes. For any other use, such as for photoshoots or video shoots (videoclips, video blogs, etc.), you must have our approval. It is strictly forbidden to record and publish images with the apartment without our approval. The rental amount for photo/video shoots starts at 100 euros, depending on your needs. For a correct price offer for this purpose, please contact us in advance, before making the reservation. **Being located very centrally, there might be some traffic noise. Please consider this when booking it, if you are a sensitive sleeper.
