There is access to 2 large pool areas with community pool and a baby pool, and free access to the gym.<br>Middle Views is a gated residential area consisting of 85 brand new exclusive apartments. <br><br>Walking Impaired<br>There are ramps and an outdoor elevator for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, inside the urbanization.<br><br>Area<br>There is only 500 meters to the beach, and it takes only a few minutes to walk down there (a bit longer home, as it is hilly). The beach is a wide sandy beach and there is a nice promenade in both directions to both Fuengirola and Benalmadena, with and good selection of restaurants and small shops.<br><br>Note<br>Please note that the area is located in hilly terrain.<br><br>Reserva Del Higueron<br>Reserva del Higuron has a lot to offer, and the central part of the resort consists of the 5-star hotel Higueron Hotel Malaga, & Nagomi Spa & Sports Club, and you can use (for a fee) all their facilities, such as wellness spa area with massage, beauty salon, hair salon and various sports facilities.<br>The hotel's Sky bar is definitely worth a visit, from which you have a fantastic, exquisite view of the entire coastline. The bar is open from 20:00 in the evening.<br><br>The resort restaurant ‘Restaurant Sollo’ has won a great number of awards, but the most prestigious is of course the Michelin star.<br><br>Sights<br>The nearby towns: Benalmadena and Fuengirola have plenty to offer, and if you desire something more exclusive, then is both Marbella and Puerto Banus a natural choice (20 minutes by car). However, you should not deceive yourselves to experience the charming historic district of Malaga center with a wide range of local shops and restaurants and not least the museums; Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum or Center Pompidou. The award-winning Benalmadena Marina is also worth a visit and their ferry ride to Malaga is an experience.<br>Benalmadena Publo is a charming Spanish district of Benalmadena, and if you want to see more of the picturesque and beautiful white villages; then both Mijas and Ronda are recommended to visit. <br><br>It is no coincidence that the coast is also called the ‘Costa del Golf’ as there are many and good golf facilities in the area. Nearest golf course is Torrequebrada Golf close to Torrequebrada Casino.<br><br>If you want to go on a day trip, there is even more to experience and you can consider everything from the Alhambra in Granada (a must), English Gibraltar, charming Seville or take the boat to Tangier in Africa to make it really exotic.<br><br>The apartment is located approx. 15 minutes' drive from Malaga airport - Costa del Sol.<br><br>Carvajal Train Station is just few minutes from the apartment.
