An ideal social space for friends to gather, you can enjoy leisurely meals at the dining table before settling down beside the Smart TV. Leading from this room is a cosy twin bedroom and a wet room style shower and WC. Winding stairs rise to the first floor, where there is a second bedroom, complete with a balcony where you can watch the trains on the steam railway line to the rear. There is a bathroom next door and a cosy reading nook on the mezzanine, with a single pull out sofa bed suitable for one additional guest.
