As a family of 4, this apartment worked perfectly for us. Enough room that we were not on top of one another. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus. Apartment was immaculate, close to the train station and about 3 minutes away from what is probably the best ramen we have ever had. Grocery store close by as well. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at Clavis Airbnb with two friends, and we had a fantastic experience. The space was just right for three people, and the bedroom was very clean and comfortable. One of the standout features was the excellent communication; Clavis was very responsive and even allowed us to store our luggage on the property before check-in time, which was incredibly convenient. The location is superb, situated between the Seibu-Shinjuku Line (a 5-minute walk) and Ochiai Station (a 10-minute walk). There are several convenience stores nearby, including Lawson, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Petit, making it easy to grab anything we needed at any time. Additionally, you only need to transfer once to go to major areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo Station, and Ginza, which made our travels very convenient. The internet speed was also very fast, which was perfect for our needs. Overall, our stay was pleasant and hassle-free, and I highly recommend Clavis Airbnb for anyone looking to stay

It is an amazingly spacious apartment for Tokyo with very modern appliances, exceptionally modern yet cozy. The host was always helpful and friendly and the area is quiet, but there are fast and easy ways to get to Takadanobaba station and shinjuku, or just take one of the many taxis that drive by. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.
