The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic amenities, including coffee grounds, filters, tea, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishware, utensils, and more!

Overall it was very clean and pristine. Did not have air conditioning and it was a hot few days. No table in the kitchen so we ate on the floor. It was fine for us, but would have been nice as we did not want to stain the couch with food.
I rented this for my son and his wife, who were visiting us as part of their honeymoon. They found the unit to be comfortable and clean, and it had the things they needed to have a good stay. There was some noise from the business behind the unit, but that was limited to the daytime. I would have no problem recommending this to future friends and family who are visiting the area.
