In house furniture & equipments are new, and have 95% of basic items needed for our stay. The swimming pool (kids) is excellent like themepark. 2 car park available. Quite area & good to rest at nighy. However, a few observation/recommendation: 1. Host provided last minute check in details (1 hour before c/in time), difficult to plan our travelling. 2. Host asked Security deposit RM300 - Since booking payment paid to AirBnb, host should not impose requirement for security deposit which only will be return 1-2 days upon check out. 3. No microwave - Host to add this item 4. Floor & floor mat bit dusty - Cleaner to vacuum & mop the floor. 5. Odd smell outside - This might be beyond Host control, but we smell like animal farm is nearby (told by resident there was an old P** farm nearby - closed down) but smell still come and go especially during windy. 6. Host like an property agent, not necessary to create temporary Wapps group and add/remove Guest without any notice. Thank You
