(Violation subject to $200 fee if you do not let us know) ------------------------------------------------------------------ LOCATION: Please note that the surrounding area features dirt roads, so we recommend driving carefully, especially if you have a low-clearance vehicle BEDROOMS: (All rooms are private) ―Room #1 : 1 King beds (up to 2 people) ―Room #2: 1 Queen bed (up to 2 people) ―Room #3: 1 Full bed + 1 baby crib (up to 2 people and 1 infant) ―Total: Up to 6 people LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN: This home has a Smart TV, comfy couches, Wi-Fi, Towels, Full Kitchen, Baby High Chair, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Air Fryer, Coffee Maker, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups, and Utensils. LAUNDRY We offer complimentary use of our washer and dryer for your laundry needs along with some tide pods. BACKYARD At this moment, the backyard is not in good shape and is in progress on improvements. Please be careful walking around there. Do NOT go past the fence beyond the storage room. ACCESS Please advise that the entire property will be accessible during your stay, with three exceptions: the safe lock in bedroom #3 in the closet, the storage room in the backyard and the shed on the side of the property. SECURITY For your safety, there are 3 outdoor security cameras on the property. Outdoor cameras are located at the front entrance, left side front of the property entrance, and the side facing the AC system. Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are AGREEING to these house rules, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home.
