Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with a beautiful view of Bull Shoals lake. Sit on the porch on the swing and sip some lemonade. This property consists of a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom Manufactured home situated on a quiet corner area with private access leading to the Lake. The residence has a large covered porch area and a small side porch. There is a fire pit/seating area near the house, and another seating area down the lake path overlooking the lake. Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area, a living area with comfortable seating and a TV, and a laundry area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and en suite bathroom with soaking tub (the bathroom also has access from the laundry area). The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and closet, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with trundle as well as a closet. The 2nd bathroom has a shower. There is parking for approximately 4 vehicles at the location. It should be noted the shore area of the lake is publicly accessible on this lake. The private access is only the area leading to the lake along with the sitting area on our private property.
