My place is close to restaurants and dining, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the coziness, 2 miles from the Marietta Square and 30 minutes to the Airport & Atlanta. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travelers. Private entrance in-law suite with a private bathroom. No access to the rest of the house.

Our neighborhood is safe. You will see people walking their dogs and everyone is friendly.
Parking is at the end of the driveway under the bay windows.
No problem with deliveries or Ubers.

Fred and I own and operate Fred's Pest Control. We love to walk at night when it cools down our neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We also enjoy music from the 80's and pizza. We have lived in Cobb county for over 20 years the people here are so friendly and warm.
