The apartment is fabulous - all brand new and everything you might need. It is huge and has amazing views. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient for walking into town. Rudi gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches, and was always quick to reply when messaged. The only downside is the noise! The hotel below the balcony plays loud music, sometimes from 8.15 in the morning until midnight. Then the kitchen and bar staff continue to make lots of noise for another hour. I know this is not the hosts fault but had we known, we would not have booked this apartment as we found ourselves going out just to get some peace and quiet when we would have prefered to have stayed and enjoyed the huge balcony.

We are a family of 4 with two young children travelling through Albania for the first time. We arrived at Saranda without having previously booked accommodation. Rudi put us at ease by replying very quickly and confirming our reservation and pulling out all the stops to have the place ready for us to check in as quickly as possible. The flat is much bigger than we expected and it was completely spotless and perfectly presented. The terrace is truly spectacular and we felt like millionaires looking out to the ocean and the skyline of the city. We felt so comfortable there that we preferred to get takeaway and dine on the terrace rather than eat out! Rudi provides so many thoughtful details, she’s thought of everything one can need to make the stay comfortable and completely hassle free. Having a parking place is super helpful too as it’s not easy to find parking on the street. I would totally recommend staying here.

Wow - what a place!! This apartment was one of the highlights of our trip. If you have the opportunity to stay here, I highly recommend that you do. The place is a penthouse apartment that is located directly above a gorgeous beach club. It has a commanding view of the harbor and the Ionian Sea. We loved watching the sunsets. There is a massive balcony for you to enjoy, with four wonderful and brand new lounges. We enjoyed drinks on the deck, as well as yoga time in the morning. There are two bedrooms - the master bedroom has floor to ceiling doors that lead out to the balcony as well. Having a lazy morning in bed with the view was such a treat and the perfect way to relax. There are lots of restaurant options near by. There is also a convenience store directly below the building. And of course we did spend a day at the beach club which was fantastic. 5 stars!! Our only complaint is that the host did not respond until the day of our arrival and the map location was incorrect.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen komplett erfüllt. Das absolute Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem sehr, sehr schönen Ausblick. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und Rudi sehr gastfreundlich. Diese Unterkunft würden wir definitiv wieder buchen. 😊
