Dani’s place was clean, was indeed two bedrooms was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and linens and towels. The one thing that could have been better emphasized in the listing rather than listing it as a garden level suite. Was that it is a basement suite, Danny lives upstairs with her dog. The upstairs suite is an old hardwood floor that creeks every time the dog or anyone else walks on the floor. so it made it really tough to sleep as the floor is very loud as we had to get up early in the morning to go to the airport. There was still noise coming from the upstairs suite at 11 PM. The access to the suite is through the back alley, which also walks through the other units yards as well, and there was an unfriendly puppy that was not happy with us walkingthrough its space. I’m sure other travelers would appreciate the space but unfortunately it was not ideal for us.

The location of the place was conveniently close to downtown Denver. The host was very kind, responsive, and thoughtful. We were very impressed with all the things they thought of and made it available. The space was clean and appeared newly renovated. Despite being in the basement, the area had plenty of light from the windows. There was a minor issue with the bathroom door not closing fully, which I mentioned to the owner, and they assured me it would be addressed. Accessing the property was somewhat challenging, but the owner provided detailed instructions that were helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the owner's efforts to make our visit pleasant.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences for me. Dani was a great host, caring and very responsive. We loved the place - new, nice, clean and comfortable. We appreciated that Dani paid so much attention to detail about everything in the place. Location is good, quiet and is about 5 minutes from a grocery store. We will definitely want to stay here again.
