This place is really nice, warm and cozy for my trip to Hope. I would highly recommend staying here as it is everything the description states and more.

First start off with you coming northbound on this property on the 200 is absolutely treacherous to get into the driveway. You are very close to the main highway so there is a lot of noise traffic which is to also be thought about one book in this place. The river track is not far off either. There is no AC in this home and only a few of the windows have screens so there’s not much moving air to keep you cool. We had this horrible sewage smell, and we went to take the kids to play in the yard and realized that the septic tank was literally draining in the backyard enough to have a flowing stream of sewage across the yard. This is a third-party rental unit so you’re dealing with a different resource to even get help. So the whole time we had to deal with not using the yard or the patio because of the smell. So then we moved inside of the home to only find out that it was infested with mice and kept finding baby mice and adult mice running all over the place. The place is very without any personality. I would have to say out of all the places I’ve stayed this is one of the worst air B&Bs ever been had and also the worst help and communication centers now on site locals. I would think twice about booking here.

Good and Bad with this house. We airbnb a good amount and this is the first time we have done it through Vacasa. The house itself is lovely with a ton of character. Extremely clean and the cleaner deserves a bonus. However, with no air conditioning in the summer it was extremely hot and everyone had a hard time sleeping. If you open the windows its right on the highway which is pretty busy and very loud. I understand that the road and air conditioning was advertised so that was my bad. What is not advertised is that directly next to the highway is an active train track also directly in front of the house. So while the view is pretty it is NOT relaxing. Some portable air conditioners would have been amazing but truthfully I wouldn't stay again.

This was a great house for our group for the week. There was plenty of space and easily accessible. We did come in the midst of the heat wave and so there was non AC upstairs. There is a heat pump/AC on the bottom floor but we had the fans and windows open the whole time. Would stay here again! Only minus is the train tracks are at the bottom of the ridge from where the home sits and they do roll through regularly and at night too.
