We were very satisfied with this place! It was worth the price, as the home was very nice. We found the back/side yard area to be a great social setting, with great seating, a nice bar area for food and drinks, and a gorgeous pool - all covered, which is great. Being on the waterway, and at the end of a road made it very peaceful and private, which was perfect. The house was spacious, had great amenities, and was very comfortable! Was a little hard to get ahold of the hosts for a couple of questions / concerns, and did have some initial fridge issues, but it was resolved timely & no major issues Overall was a very good stay, we were glad we booked, and would certainly go back!

This was the perfect place for our family to gather for the holiday. We very much enjoyed the lanai, the pool, and the beautiful view. The space was well laid out, full amenities provided, and everything was very accessible for my elderly parents (basically all one level except two small steps up to the front door and a small step down into the showers).

My parents just moved to a condo in punta gorda, so this year we held our early family Christmas here. Me and my husband along with my brothers family had an absolute blast. The photos don’t do it justice! The kids had so much fun playing in the pool and fishing off the dock watching the manatees swim by. The house was thoroughly cleaned and is nicely updated. Well stocked for cooking and enjoying a big family dinner. We spent most of our time out on the patio listening to music on the outside speaker and enjoying our time in FL. We plan on making this an annual stay for our family!

This trip was to bring my elderly mother to visit her cousins. It was a good stay. She had a hard time with the toilets because they sit pretty low. She also had an issue with the shower because all of the showers have a step down. Besides the handicap issues for her the rest of us had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and right on the water. Very private, quiet culdesac. We came right after the hurricane so the canal was very dark, not sure if that’s normal or churned up from the storm. Regardless we saw many mullet splashing around during our stay. We had some issues with Wi-Fi while there and Vacasa was very timely with responses and had it fixed within a day. Master bed very comfortable. Everything pretty much in the kitchen you would need to prepare meals. Each bedroom had a bathroom within it and there was a cabana bath in the center of the house for guests. Overall nice set up and would feel comfortable to stay again. Walgreens is at the end of the road and grocery stores 5 minutes away. Thanks for the stay.
