Steps from historic downtown Grove City, this fully remodeled home is next to Windsor Park, home of paths, baseball fields, playgrounds & pickleball courts. Walk uptown in the evening and enjoy food, drink, or theater. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in our sunroom and retire to the back porch later to cool off in the shade. Our pet-friendly home has a fully fenced back yard for play, exercise, or your evening BBQ. Amenities like bicycles, grill, cornhole and more will provide plenty of fun! Two story home with fenced back yard and a small garage. The house has been completely gutted and rehabbed, fully insulated and new paint and furnishings in all rooms. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub. Downstairs features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, half bath and two enclosed porches. The front porch faces south and is a very enjoyable sunroom any time the sun is shining. The back porch is shaded and allows you to retire to a cooler spot when it’s hot outside. The home is equipped with central A/C and ceiling fans to keep the temperature to your liking.

We spent 3 nights -with a dog. We fully appreciated the yard for our boy to run & stretch after 3 days traveling ! Immediate impressions were clean, comfortable and welcoming. All the necessities were provided plus more. The only single non-positive thing I would add is if you're a reader of books, bedside lamps aren't adequate. Wholly recommend this house in a lovely, charming little enclave close to Columbus. Thank you for hosting us.
This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in - a true hidden gem. The location is close to downtown Columbus & the area is very quiet & felt safe. Everything in the house feels new, the beds are firm and very comfortable & the kitchen is well equipped. They’ve truly thought of all the extra touches you don’t always get at every place (e.g. spices in the kitchen, qtips & cotton balls in the bathroom, place settings on the table, dog accessories, etc.). The backyard is a great size & very secure. Our 2 small dogs had a great time running around & playing. Finally the sunrooms are such a fun perk! Lots of comfortable seating & perfect for a windy day when you still want some sun! Highly recommend this place & hope to come back again next time we visit the Columbus area.
Everything was amazing!! This was my first Airbnb experience and I am just awed at everything available at the house. We had a small issue with the door lock and the owners were there in no time to help us. I appreciate their availability during the situation. Definitely would recommend anyone to enjoy a stay at their house.

Quiet, safe neighborhood with a mix of young families and retired folks. Located two blocks from the Park street amphitheater and the police station, and only 100 yards from bike paths that traverse Grove City. Most homes in the neighborhood were built in the 1920's and have been updated throughout the years. Sidewalks are present on all downtown Grove City streets.
At least three cars can park in the driveway and there is plenty of street parking as well, all free. We supply two bicycles so you can ride around town. The nightlife and restaurants downtown are easy walks and during the summer months very enjoyable.
