This house was beautiful and so spacious, we really enjoyed the amenities in the backyard the yard games and swings were a perfect place to unwind after the beach especially for our 6 year old son. The sun porch was beautiful to relax in, the kitchen was so clean and organized and easy to navigate for prepping meals and socializing. The open concept of the living area was so nice to be able to enjoy a conversation with my husband and son while I was cooking. The bedrooms were spacious, my son loved the bunk room, it was his own little play area! The house provided chairs, umbrella and a cart! So don’t worry about overpacking the house has all you need! The walk to the beach was a breeze, as soon as you get to the public access 12 entrance there’s also an affordable chair rental with umbrella open to the public, if you prefer layout chairs. Overall we had a wonderful time and felt safe in the neighborhood and house, we can’t wait to book again! Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here! it was very clean and the host was really nice and responsive. It was a beautiful location with lots to do in the area. The restraunts were very good! I loved my stay!

Lisa was a perfect host! She was very responsive and cooperative! We had some issues with the water (septic tank). Lisa was patient with our complaints and had maintenance arrive at their earliest convenience. Unfortunately, the septic tank issue was unresolvable during our stay and we had to leave early. Lisa accommodated us with a return on our investment after having a water leak issue the first night. Lisa also, followed up with refunding us for the remainder of the stay after having to leave early. I appreciate Lisa and her kindness throughout our stay!

My friends and I had a great stay here! The house exceeded expectations. It is a super easy walk to the beach access and in an overall great area. The backyard and sun porch are amazing hangout areas and we enjoyed spending most of our time at the house out there. Lisa is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we were comfortable in the space. I would definitely recommend staying here and would come back to visit another time!
