Upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment we had reserved was not the one we were given. I was disappointed (I expected to be in the apartment I've paid for), so I messaged directly that this wasn't the same apartment I had booked. The message was left on 'seen.' I called the 'emergency' number, no response.After an hour, they messaged me back that yes, this is a different apartment because the one you booked was blocked because of a double booking.This doesn't make sense,because once it's reserved for those dates by someone,it can't be reserved by someone else, and I should've been notified about this beforehand,which didn't happen. In one of the bathrooms, there's no hook to hang the face towel, there was no hand soap, there was no shampoo and we had to buy that ourselves. Minimal kitchenware for four-person occupancy (small pan, no ladle to serve the soup onto plate). Cooking required opening all windows due to no air purifier.The rest of the apartment was satisfactory!

Tutto è andato bene, ma la rete wifi non permetteva l'accesso, avevamo solo 4 capsule per il caffè e 4 bicchieri ma noi eravamo in 5. Per il resto tutto ottimo.
