Me, my husband, and our 3 teenage kids stayed at Carla’s cabin over Labor Day weekend. We had so much fun and we feel so lucky to have found this beautiful place. It’s private with its own dock and river access. We ran the trails, used our stand up paddle boards and Carla’s canoe to float up Spring Creek, and rode mountain bikes into Sunriver for lunch one day. The cabin was cozy, had plenty of room for us, and felt like we were right at home. Carla had many special touches like snacks, fresh ground coffee with cream, shampoos and conditioners, yard games, and lots more. We hung out on the dock for coffee in the mornings and moon rising in the evening, laid out in the hammock, fished in the river, and just had a really amazing time. I highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back!

Blinn’s is a truly magical place. The cabin and grounds are beautiful. The sun rises over the Deschutes River right in front of the cabin, which we watched from the front porch and hammock. There was so much for our kids to do, including a trampoline, tent, swing, canoe, games, swimming and exploring trails. The cabin is lovely, well stocked and cozy. Carla is extremely responsive providing recommendations for runs nearby, sightseeing, local dining options, as well as recommendations in Bend and beyond. She was instantly responsive and proactive. We just left and our children are already asking to go back. We will always hold a place in our hearts for Carla and Blinn’s landing. We hope to come back often!

The cabin at Binns landing is a very special place. Peaceful, private and full of natural surroundings. Water on two sides of the property for kayaking, canoeing or paddle boarding. A great place to read, watch the birds or play yard games. The cabin was rustic but luxurious as well. The beds were super cozy. The kitchen fully stocked. Nearby hiking and biking trails. A great place to relax and be mindful.

We vacationed at the cabin with our 5 yo twins. It’s in the middle of the forest by the river with plenty of outdoor seating and spots to relax inside and outside the cabin. Carla thought of everything to keep guests entertained: canoe, fishing rods, outdoor games, indoor games, trampoline, swing, hammock… we used most of it and the kids had a blast. Great place to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet but still with lots of things to do on the property for bouncy 5 year olds. We loved it and would definitely go back.

This is a a fabulous place to stay. It is clearly a historic property and has a very rustic charm. My wife and I brought our two adult children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The cabin is right on the river opposite the Sun River resort and there is much to do - mountain bike, fish, float down the river, etc. We stayed a week and had a great time. The host has the cabin stocked with a few essentials like local beers and freshly ground coffee which is a really nice touch. She is also very accessible if needed. The beds are comfortable and the location is truly amazing. We would highly recommend this cabin and would absolutely stay here again. One item of note: you will need a SUV or crossover to access the cabin. A typical low ground clearance sedan isn’t going to survive the last 150 meters of the drive to the property.
