Couple of points to consider before booking: 1. The owner is not directly involved, hence the care is not taken to maintain the house 2. The place is dirty and there are pests everywhere. 3. The kitchen is filthy and the fridge is stinking making the whole house insanitary. 4. The entry / exit to the apartment bloc can be done only via access card and the managers will tell you to figure out entry exit on your own. You might have to beg the guard or residents to open it for you, the managers are least bothered. 5. It would be better to take a cheap hotel nearby than give business to these people. In short, avoid !
