It is an entire ceiling of wooden beams and walls of glass looking into our beautiful yard. We love that we can be at The Ocean, The Bay, Boatdock, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Rosemary, Miramar, Destin within minutes, but able to retreat back to our idyllic setting of serenity. We love being in the hustle and bustle and a part of the summer fun but equally need our down time and retreat from all the wild n crazy fun:) That's exactly what you will find here at our home. That's what makes this property different than many:) We are a quick 5 minute car ride, or 10 minute bike ride/golf cart (under 2 miles) to the Ed Walline public beach access, where you will find sugar white sand, crystal clear water, not to mention free parking and restrooms. Ed Walline Beach is across street from the famous "Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar" (a MUST eat), and tons of eatery's/shops/brewery/coffee shop/boutiques. Life just does not get better than this:) You can easily bike/golf cart to Dune Allen, Blue Mountain, Grayton, Seaside as well:) We do it all the time!
