Nestled in a picturesque, family friendly neighbourhood you will find everything you need within a short walk. The nearest coffee shop, recreation centre and park are a 5 min walk, while the nearest grocery store is 10 min away by foot. There is a trail at the end of our street that will take you right to the water in 5-10 min. Rocky Point Park and the breweries are a beautiful 25min walk or 7 min bike ride. We are close to everything but located just far enough from the main road that you will enjoy peace and quiet if you are looking for a temporary retreat from the hustle and bustle.

We are within walking distance to almost everything but should you need to venture further, there is a bus stop at the end of our street that will take you to anywhere you need to go. It has direct route to the train station, where you can hop on the Skytrain or West Coast Express. Both will take you straight to downtown Vancouver. The closest Skytrain station is also a short 20min walk away.
