Zoran was friendly, he replied my messages swiftly. The building was not close to city center. I knew this beforehand. Because I had a car, this was not a problem. But if you don't have a car, it may take a while to reach Kotor old town. I chose his apartment because it was the cheapest in the area. But it did not satisfy my expectations. The weather was cold during my stay, it was rainy in April. The apartment was getting wind inside, it was really cold at night. I had to wear all my clothes. The kitchen is old. TV was not working and there was no wi-fi. If you have limited budget and have a car, this place is suitable for you. But do not raise your expectations.

Zoran's place was easy to find, as the taxi driver I happened to pick knew him and where his apartment is. He communicated extremely well in English, and offered me wine and conversation with him and his family when I arrived, with an added super nice view - He was extremely helpful and responsive to all my requests. The room/apartment is quite spacious and has everything that you need. Although it is 25 minutes or so walk from the town centre, it's a pleasant walk by the ocean, etc. Just be aware that you will need to walk, and there are a couple of steep hills nearby - Facilities close by are a restaurant, baker's shop and small food store. I highly recommend Zoran's room/apartment, especially for the price. Steve.

There was no exact address given, so we went to PC Bug store as directed, and still could not find it. We asked the owner of the store to call the host, and he did which was very nice and then we found the house. The host is actually the mother of the woman who posted the listing. She does not speak English, and she is very nice. There was an incident however, where she walked in on us while we were naked and then proceeded to stand there and talk to us which was very uncomfortable and shocking. She had knocked and then opened the door immediately without waiting for a response. This event along with the fact that she would change our temperature settings on the stove top while we were cooking means that we would not stay here again.
