A 10/10 with new and functional amenities at the apt. Room was squeaky clean. Air con is good. Bed is comfy & clean for good night sleep. Host's descriptions of the place match our expectations fully. Will come back again if I want to stay in the area again!
This place is advertised as suitable for family, but I would say it is not. My child has unintentionally dropped ice cream on the living room carpet, which my helper has cleaned but not with soap. Even though the stain is barely noticeable, the host insist on us paying the full carpet professional cleaning fees of 50ringgit. The stain can be washed off with off the shelve cleaning agents, which I have explained to them, but they still insist on us paying for it. Photo not able to attach but I assure it is just a small stain that can be easily washed off. If you are in this airbnb business, please note we have paid for cleaning fees included in the lodging fees. If we have spoiled any items, we will take responsibility to compensate. However I am not pleased with how they settle this. If you still decide to stay here, please take extra caution not to leave any traces of living evidence in their premises, for the next one to be charge extra cleaning fees will be you.
