We loved our stay here! It was clean, comfortable and bright. Both my daughter and myself enjoyed paddle boarding in the lagoon. The surrounding area was great for a quiet, peaceful early morning walk. Red Rock was very responsive when i had a question. This condo was stocked with everything you need. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our stay wasn’t bad by any means. There were just a few things that we wished could have been done beforehand. First off, desert color is an awesome spot. The lagoon is great and the pool next to it was super open & spacious. The walk to the lagoon and pool wasn’t bad at all, even with a 1.5 year old. Some small issues; when we ran the water in all bathrooms, it came out very dirty. A green brown color. We know newer pipes can be dirty and need to be flushed so we notified red rock and continuously tried to flush the pipes. We ended up running the water so long that we ran out of hot water so our daughter couldn’t take a warm bath the first night of our stay. After continuously running the water to try & flush the pipes… The water was still tinted and was leaving a dirt film in the tub the whole weekend. The water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced, there were manuals and stickers in all appliances. Just basic details weren’t done before our stay and the $ was way too high.
