Beautiful new home, it feels like you’re in a model home, with all the amenities and cleanliness house I would definitely rent out again if in the area
Host was easy to text for any questions or concerns. We didn't deal directly with Evolve. House is newly built in more of the run down side of town but shows potential. House has new pots and pans if you wanted to cook a meal. I'm sure we are the 1st to rent new home. The fenced in back yard is big enough for pets or children to play. It rain the whole weekend we were there so did not get to utilize the back yard or the front yard. The bathrooms were great and furnished with your basic needs.
