Wow! What a fantastic location. This apartment is spacious and clean. Incredible views of the city and walking distance to the Eaton Centre and Young Dundas Square. Unbeatable sunrises too. Parking is tricky if you have a bigger vehicle but very convenient. Enjoy your stay. We did!
Great view and close to subway.
My husband and I got stuck in the elevator up to the 39th floor for over an HOUR (on our first night, bringing all the luggage up)! If you have Claustrophobia, like me, you may want to keep this in mind. After our traumatic ordeal, we asked a few residents in the building and they all said this is a common occurrence. The elevator maintenance man that we ran into the next day even said the elevator system is extremely outdated and "is run by a computer from 1992". Although I know this is not directly the host's fault, he did not seem to care at all when I messaged him and told him about what happened. I asked for a small amount to be refunded for the pain and suffering and he completely ignored me. I only got the refund when I sent the video clip I took stuck in the elevator to AirBnB. So, I'm happy they at least understood and tried to make things right. Besides that, the unit itself is very nice. Beautiful views, clean and overall a nice place to stay (minus the elevator).

Uber is super convenient and can arrive within minutes! Public transportation is nearby. Paid rental bikes by Green P is also available around the area. We are only a 5 minute walk to the famous Eaton Centre and Yonge and Dundas Sq intersection.
