Bogdan’s place was like home away from home. It was clean and very nicely decorated, close to beaches, dining options, and most importantly for us, Nathan Benderson park and rowing canal. We spent 10 days training there in April and it was great to come back to a clean, quiet house with all the amenities and cool off in the pool. We used the grill a few nights when we stayed in for dinner, out in the sunroom. Laundry room was convenient. Kitchen had everything we needed. The bottle of wine on arrival was a really nice gesture. Thank you for a nice stay!

We stayed at Bogdan’s incredible home for a couple of days during Spring Break in April 2024. Our goal was to be close to Siesta without breaking the bank. The location was also amazing. Grocery stores and restaurants were within a few minutes drive. Siesta Beach was about 15-20 minutes away. And if you don’t feel like leaving the home, the house is an oasis. Bogdan has filled it with family friendly games, TVs in every room, lawn games, lawn chairs, not to mention the pool, grill and fire pit. We wish we had been able to spend more time to enjoy the house! We are currently finishing out our vacation in another home managed by a company, and the difference is stark. Bogdan really put a lot of thought into little things that would make the home cozy and inviting - a travel crib for a baby, the lawn chairs came in clutch at the beach, the pool floats were great, and even having a Keurig and air fryer/oven made such a difference. Bogdan was also super responsive and friendly!!!

We loved our stay. The house was better than the pictures. Very clean, organized, and well decorated. There were a lot of beach essencials and there was everything you need to be able to cook and to do laundry. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Would come again.
