We arrived at the property at 5.30pm after a 4 hour drive to find that it hadn’t been cleaned or beds changed after previous guest. Dirty bed linen, unmade bed, dirty towels and dirty bathroom facilities. We phoned the numbers given for help - no response from the first number, voicemail message left but no response at all. Rang the second number - lady was helpful but said it wasn’t one of her properties and she had no idea even where it was or what had happened. She did call me back after a while and said she could come and ‘sort something out for us’ but by then we had already booked a Premier Inn and left. She said she had spoken to the owner about refunding us and that they would be in touch. We’ve heard nothing.
